Our work starts by examining a recurring business problem: research that takes too long to assemble, reporting that needs reconciliation, campaign adaptations waiting for review or a budget decision without enough evidence.
We agree the scope with the business owner, build around the existing technology environment and test with the people doing the work. Documentation, operating access and training are included in the handover.
We work with the marketing team that will use the system and the IT team responsible for its data and software. The project includes the connections, interface and approval steps needed to run the agreed task.
